Organizational dimensions for cultivating shared vision
Peter Senge (PS) researcher and author considers Shared Vision as one of the five disciplines. A discipline is much more than a toolkit, even though many consultants would reduce disciplines to a set of toolkits.
PS didn´t talk about the connection between Shared Vision and Brand. However, the latter may go much beyond the former. When a business dies, shared vision dies which is not the case for brand. The brand persist beyond the vision.
On Tuesday, November 11, my colleagues from SOL Singapore are organising an online workshop about the Shared Vision discipline. This time, the focus is about the Places to intervene to develop Shared Vision or the suggested intervention areas to promote Shared Vision.
I´m supposed to facilitate this workshop, together with my friend Peter Seah (Chairman from SOL Singapore). I´ll share my experience but I´m also coming with a set of open questions to participants.
